Depends on where in the universe we have to get the product you want. Because of quality, each item has a different turn around time and shipping time. Ordering large quantities take longer than smaller quantities. More difficult items like socks take longer than printing a logo on a pre purchased Bella Canvas tee. 

We do our best to back our work. In most cases, yes, your items are protected under warranty. You have 7 days to look over the items in your order to make sure it is correct and no visual issues. You have 14 days if you find anything more internal. After 14 days, product warranty will be on a case by case basis. The issue must be a product defect, not customer created problem. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty up to 24 hours after you place your order! After the 24 hours, please communicate with us, and if it is possible to cancel we will. 

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
